S&A Premier Remodeling, LLC. was founded in 1979 by Adalberto Salgado. It has been under the alias of Big Apply Landscaping, Alsado Construction, and New Image LLC, New Image A.S. - Construction, Inc. until becoming now S&A Premier Remodeling, LLC. Our management team has over 82 years of combined work experience in construction, and has always been kept a family-owned business since it began nearly 40 years ago.

Some of the projects in which we have partaken in remodeling or construction have been, The Hyatt in Greenwich, CT, St. Vincent Hospital in Harrison, NY, Ford Dealership in Palm Bay, FL, and Ford Dealership in Eau Gallie, FL, just to name a few. We have also currently been remodeling many homes along the prestigious Sutton Place, Manhattan NY location for very important clients during the past several years. Our company has specialized in kitchen and bathroom renovations and have now moved to Melbourne, FL.
